LANGUAGE OF THE CONFERENCE

     The official language of the conference will be English.


PUBLICATION

     Selected papers presenting a high scientific level, prepared in English after positive review process will be published in the form of Conference Proceedings submitted to indexing in the Web of Sciences Core Collection. Articles submitted to the last edition of the Conference were indexed in Web of Sciences Core Collection - https://wydawnictwo.ans.pila.pl/?1,conference-proceedings.

     In consequence, submission of original research papers in English with a minimum volume of 21 000 characters is expected. The papers are to be prepared according to the attached requirements. The manuscripts will be subjected to double reviewing and will be published only after approval.


Dates of importance

15th January 2021 –registration deadline, accepting applications will start at the end of November
(submission of the title and main thesis of the paper)
30 June 2021 – registration fee:

• 600 PLN – the fee includes paper publishing, meals and conference events, accommodation in Hotel Gromada Pila as well as all conference materials,
• 500 PLN - the fee includes paper publishing, meals and conference events as well as all conference materials (no accommodation),
• 400 PLN - the fee includes only paper publishing.

29st February 2021 – full paper submission deadline (papers submitted after deadline shall not be published)

Conference venue

21st October (Thursday) - Hotel Gromada in Pila, Piła, Al. Piastów 15 Street
22nd October (Friday) - Stanislaw Staszic University in Pila, Poland Piła, Podchorążych 10 Street

In case of cancellation after that time, no refund will be given.
